Congratulations UPEI graduates

Whatever you are doing this Saturday will likely not be as exciting as the day will be for the over 900 students who are graduating from UPEI today.
And what a special Mother’s Day present for the mothers of these students !
These graduates come from PEI, several other Canadian provinces and from different countries around the world. From Clyde River, there are several families who are celebrating with their graduates today. They know about the work, expenses and committment that the last few years have involved and this is a very proud day for all. As listed in the Guardian, these local graduates are :
Erica McQuaid Ross received a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree;
Chad William Cameron received a Bachelor of Science degree;
Sarah Laura Jean MacPhee received a degree in Business Administration
and Sarah MacKinnon Cormier received an Adult Education certificate.
Just across the line into Kingston, Ellen Dixon graduates from UPEI today. Being part of the Founding families, we’ll include her in the Clyde River list.
This month other students from Clyde River will be graduating from a college or university. We would like to include your achievement on this community’s website but we need to be told the exact details.
Congratulations to all graduates and Happy Mother’s Day, Mothers.
