The Joy Fit exercise program has already started this fall, so join in if you wish to meet some friendly folks, get in an early morning exercise and be ready to take on the day with a smile.
Joy Fit runs Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15 to 7:00 a.m. Melody Sider says the regular participants are feeling a lot stronger and healthier and are pleased with the results. Many of them are back again this Fall.
Even if the mornings seem a little cold and damp, remember the room is always sunny and warm at the Riverview Community Centre.
