It’s a beautiful morning to clean the park. Drop over between 9:00 to 12:00 noon today to Murchison Place Park. Bring along your own garden and clean up tools e.g. shovels, rakes…some Rubber Maid totes would be great. Food, refreshments and team spirit will be provided.

Almost 100 people of all ages turned out for this morning’s pancake breakfast hosted by the Friends of Clyde River, Community Spirit group. Local artist Millie Kikkert is selling tickets on her painting of Murchison Place Park. The proceeds will be split evenly between Burnside Presbyterian Church and the Clyde River Community Centre. Tickets are $2 each and the draw will be October 19th, 2013. To purchase a ticket/tickets, please contact Millie at 675-3061.
