Congratulations to Contessa Scott, P.E.I. Sports Hall of Fame Inductee!

We are very proud to congratulate Clyde River’s Contessa Scott on the announcement of her induction to the P.E.I. Sports Hall of Fame in recognition of her impressive achievements in goalball, with gold medals at the Paralympics in 2000 and 2004, and at the world championships in 2006. Contessa led the P.E.I. team to two Canadian championships in 2005 and 2006, has won the Lieutenant-Governor’s Award for P.E.I.’s top overall athlete twice, and has received the Sport P.E.I. senior female athlete-of-the-year award three times.
