Off to the Great War

In the Murray Diaries it mentions that there was a recruiting meeting at the community hall at the end of December 1915 and then the boys were off to Charlottetown for training in early January 1916. On the 18th, the community hosted a dinner at the hall for the boys before heading off. One hundred years later, we can still feel the worry that followed those boys.
